		<description>Chuq;
After reading your blog post, I am convinced you are doing the proper thing in shutting down the list and moving on to newer fresher exciting things.
You and Laurie can grow and enjoy together a bright future. It takes a lotta guts to do what you have done (and to speak out so freely and eloquently about it.)
I am honored to have been a member of this community and will go forward with nothing but fond memories of my time here. One more collective &quot;thanks&quot; to both of you. I wish you both a very sincere and fond &#039;good-luck&#039; in future undertakings.
I for one would like to pre-order Laurie&#039;s future book on bay area hockey. I also hope sometime in the future when the time is right we can meet face to face at the tank, hopefully during better times for the shark’s organization.
I find it rather ironic that the sharks are facing a very new beginning with the ending of the Sturm era and the start of the Thornton epoch. I have a hint of expectation that in the long run both you and the sharks have done what is necessary and painful to regroup, re-energize and move on to bigger and better things. Best wishes and keep in touch good luck and ‘see ya‘ _/mrcook
