Flames fall to streaking Sharks:

The Calgary Flames still cannot find the way to win at San Jose.

Milan Michalek had a goal and an assist as the San Jose Sharks hung on for a 4-3 victory over the visiting Flames in front of 17,496 fans at HP Pavilion on Thursday.

Now THAT was a hockey game. My sympathies to whoever sees Calgary in the first round. heck, my sympathies to all western conference teams, becase all four first round series will be nasty and fun. Whoever wins, whoever loses, there will be no upsets this year.

I guess I’m ready to be a hockey fan again. I sotpped there, for a while. More on my fall from grace soon, and now my redemption. Although the league is still seriously fubar, and I doubt it’ll have the balls to fix itself…)
