Day-to-day. If that’s true, that has to be considered an enormous relief. It could mean just as well that the Sharks will have Cheechoo take a warmup skate for the rest of the playoffs with no intention of playing him, just for subterfuge purposes. I’d say it probably means we won’t see him until this series is in peril, so if the Sharks win tomorrow night and one of the two in San Jose, he could get a long long rest.

And regardless, it definitely has to mean Kariya and Radulov should be very careful tomorrow night.

Reminds me of the old line attributed, at least in the way I heard it, to Vin Scully: “He’s day-to-day, but aren’t we all.”
